Tony Schehtman
President & Managing Partner
Tony has 18 years of experience in developing and managing Domestic and International Sales for companies in the technology vertical, including Channel and Distribution sales operations. Previous to his involvement with ITM, he served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at several leading technology start-ups where he established successful track records in Fortune 1000 End User Customers, Strategic OEM and Resellers and driving Worldwide revenue growth. Tony also has deep experience in raising numerous successful Venture Capital rounds in the tier one VC Community. In addition to his post as President, Tony is responsible for managing ITM's Wall Street Financial Services, Strategic OEM relationships and Managing its Latin American customer operations. He also manages relationships with the Venture Capital community and is responsible for capturing VC Funding for ITM’s clients. Tony servers on the Advisory Board of companies such as InMage Systems and ioSafe. He graduated Cum Laude in Mechanical Engineering from the Bristol University, United Kingdom and is fluent in three languages. He resides in South Florida with his son.

Roberto Holzschuh

Roberto has more than 12 years of experience in developing and managing regional technology consulting practices in the storage arena, focused on technical implementations. Roberto has had responsibility for major SoW implementations for Sun Microsystems, Hitachi Data Systems and Hewlett Packard. He has served in Senior Consulting roles for several technology start-ups such as AppIQ. In his career, he has successfully designed and implemented some of the largest Backup and Virtual Tape solutions in Latin America. Roberto also brings solid experience in the development of Latin American markets for new technologies and storage products and a wealth of contacts in developing strategic accounts. Roberto graduated in Electrical Engineering at the Universidad Tecnologica Nacional of Buenos Aires, Argentina - he currently maintains offices and residences between Buenos Aires, Argentina and Bogota, Colombia .

John Perring directs Canadian Operations, bringing 30 years of experience in strategic marketing, channel management and country management roles and is an expert in territorial start-ups and strategic alliances with major OEM vendors. John oversees the delivery of consulting and services to clients in North America, with special focus on Channel development and Canadian operations. John has many years of experience opening and growing Distribution channels worldwide and graduated with honors and possesses degrees from McGill University and the University of Montreal and resides in Montreal, Canada with his wife and daughters.

JC is a technical expert on project planning for Enterprise Datacenter Infrastructure with more than 20 years of experience. JC's experience in conceiving, creating and execution of major deployments includes time with EDS, Hewlett Packard and CPM, some of the largest IT Service providers in the Americas . His team leading and hand's on activities include projects at major Fortune 500 companies such as Petrobras and Souza Cruz., delivering ongoing and seamless continuity in the service rollout process. JC has a Masters degree in Systems Analysis from the Brazilian Institute of Social Economy (IBASE) and prior to that, he graduated in Technology at the Helio Alonso University (FACHA). He resides in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil .

Paul Barrientos brings 15 years of combined experience in solution sales, marketing, and information systems consulting. He has implemented over a dozen large scale Management Information Systems throughout the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. His tenure with influential application providers like Oracle, Baan, and Ariba have also provided him a realistic approach in providing executable, strategic business solutions to clients. Possessing an extensive background in international business, he has contributed to several start-up operations and channel development initiatives for U.S. corporations abroad. Paul has Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, California and is CPIM-Certified in Production Inventory Control Management from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). Fluent in English, Portuguese, and conversant in Spanish.

Josildo Oliveira

Josildo Oliveira brings 26 years of technical expertise and Latin American IT business experience to the firm. His experience also includes tenure at Furnas, the largest power generating firm in Brazil, giving him a unique perspective from the customer side. He was also a Founder and Partner of one of Brazil 's largest IT Resellers, Solaris. Josildo also spent a number of years with Hitachi Data Systems where he opened Channels all over the Americas establishing new partnerships with key customers and Resellers across the territory. Josildo graduated in Electrical Engineering from the renowned PUC University, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and resides in South Florida with his wife and daughters.

She also has an L.LM degree (Legal Latin of Masters) in Comparative Law, focused in Contracts and International Taxation, from the University of Miami School of Law. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish and has experience in commercial business and government contracts, working with law-firms in various States and Countries. She resides in Miami, Florida.
